AI Terms

These AI Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply when you use artificial-intelligence features offered by utobo, Inc. ("utobo"), including AI email drafting and editing, spam scoring, contact tagging, AI store and course builders, chat assistants, and utobo Agents (together, "AI Features"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1. Inputs and Output

"Input" is the content you provide to an AI Feature, and "Output" is what the AI Feature returns. As between you and utobo, you own your Input and, to the extent permitted by law, the Output. You grant utobo the rights needed to process Input and generate Output to provide the AI Features. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Output.

2. AI Providers

AI Features are powered by third-party artificial-intelligence and machine-learning providers, such as Google (Gemini) and Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock), which process Input and Output as our subprocessors. The current list is on our Subprocessors page. We may change the models or providers behind a feature at any time.

3. No Training on Your Data

We do not allow our AI providers to use your Input or Output to train their foundation models, and we process Input and Output only to provide and secure the AI Features you use. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information (for example, how often a feature is used) to operate and improve the Services.

4. Accuracy and Review

AI can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or out of date, and it is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You must review Output before you publish, send, or rely on it, and you are responsible for your use of Output, including its compliance with law and third-party rights.

5. utobo Agents

utobo Agents can take actions on your behalf, such as replying to customers, updating records, or sending messages, based on the instructions, data, tools, and permissions you provide. You are responsible for configuring Agents appropriately, for reviewing their activity, and for actions they take within the permissions you grant. Where the law requires it, you must disclose to people that they are interacting with an AI.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use AI Features to:

  • Create content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or the law;
  • Impersonate real people, or create deceptive deepfakes or undisclosed synthetic endorsements;
  • Send spam or generate messages to people who have not consented to receive them;
  • Make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review;
  • Circumvent safety filters, usage limits, or security controls; or
  • Train, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing AI model or product using Output or the Services.

7. Limits and Availability

AI Features may be subject to usage limits, credits, or fair-use thresholds that depend on your plan. AI Features may be offered as beta features and may change or be discontinued at any time.
