Subprocessors

utobo, Inc. ("utobo") uses the third-party providers below to host, secure, deliver, and operate utobo Store, utobo Email, AI features, utobo Agents, and our websites at utobo.com, utobo.ai, and utobians.com. Each provider processes personal data only on our instructions and under written data-protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum.

Changes and notifications
We update this page at least 30 days before engaging a new subprocessor of customer data. To receive notice of changes by email, or to object to a new subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum, contact privacy@utobo.com.
Third-party services that a customer chooses to connect (for example, their own payment, video, or analytics accounts) are engaged by the customer, not by utobo, and are governed by the customer's agreement with that provider.
